From the Marin Independent Journal: Emergency readiness class scheduled at COM
Several local fire departments have teamed up with the College of Marin to offer a two-day emergency response training class from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the College of Marin campus in Kentfield.
The Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) program, which includes training in emergency preparedness, disaster first aid, fire prevention and search and rescue, is offered through a partnership of fire departments in Corte Madera, Kentfield, Larkspur and Ross Valley.
